A3:Yes, we have special production line to serve rush orders, please inform us request delivery date and order details.

Q4:If we want medals, what information should we have to you?

A4:You need send artwork(logo)with size,thickness,attachments information and your special requirements, then we will give you the price.

Q5:What should we do after approving the your price?

A5:Send us your vetor artwork, such as AI,cdr.,PDF format. We will make a production artwork for your approval before go to production.When it is 3D, we also have 3D details for your approval.

Q6：How to pay？

A6：Usually requires full payment via T/T ,PayPal prior to production.

Q7:How long to get a pre-production sample?

A7:Normal samples time is 5-10 days but longer when it is special or complex.

Q8:What is the mass production time?

A8: Lead time is based on different quantity. Normally it will take 2 weeks.
